You can choose the return location most convenient to you and you will be given two return address location label options to print out with your returns form.
- You have 30 days to return any un-worn condition shoes for refund or exchange
- Standard Delivery is $10 to USA/Canada Addresses
- Priority Delivery is $20 to USA/Canada Addresses
- We also deliver to ALL other destination outside USA/Canada (see rates at checkout)
- Customers pay for return delivery fees , (you can choose to return to USA or UK warehouse)
- We do not charge any delivery fee for exchange shoes we send to you

PLEASE NOTE: SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED: Because the shoes are mostly hand made to order in various international locations and have to clear customs both in the USA and in any transit country before we can dispatch to you, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Most shoes arrive very close to the estimated times (sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later) but please understand those timings are only estimates, we never give guarantees. the best option is to order early. We hope this helps and explains the general situation with deliveries of hand made shoes.
Please also note: if you have mixed in-stock and hand-made-to-order items in your order we will wait until all items are ready for shipment and send them together in one dispatch.
If you require shoes for a specific date (wedding events, proms etc) then you are strongly advised to contact us first to check the likely date of delivery before you order to avoid disappointment.
You must inform us within 21 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem (see below for conditions relating to claims of loss by couriers). Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
We primarily use USPS, FEDEX, DPD and DHL (DHL by arrangement and supplementary payment only) to deliver your shoes to you. Once we pass your items to any delivery partner our ability to influence their performance becomes very limited and our responsibility for any items that may be delayed or lost (thankfully a quite rare occurrence) is zero. Please be aware that we are unable to cancel or refund any order that may be delayed or lost once in the hands of our couriers and that it may take up to 30 days for any items to be declared officially lost and become eligible for refund. By agreeing to our terms and conditions at checkout you explicitly agree to accept these delivery terms and agree that any complaints regarding such delays or losses should be directed to the delivery partner and not MIZCHI Pretty Small Shoes Ltd. That said, our experience is that our selected couriers (and any national post office they hand off to for international deliveries) are in practice very reliable and less than 1% of deliveries experience significant delays and an even smaller percentage are lost. Furthermore, we will do all we can to help resolve any difficulties as they arise but customers must bear in mind the above mentioned limitations to our control of any delivery partner's performance and responsibility for delays or losses.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR RUSSIA SOUTH AFRICA AND SAUDI ARABIA
For customers making a purchase for delivery to South Africa or Saudi Arabia you can opt for DHL courier shipping (£30 flat fee) during checkout. We strongly recommend that this option is selected as standard post delivery times and customs clearance for these destinations can be subject to significant delays.
Additionally customers should be aware tracking in Russia is not available at all with Royal Mail standard post but reliability outside of this is usually good and in South Africa standard tracking is subject to frequent malfunctions and lengthy service interruptions.
For these reasons we can offer no guarantees with standard delivery and in the event of loss by the couriers we will be unable to offer any compensation for delays and will only be able to offer refunds after the loss is officially confirmed by the carrier which can take as long as 6 months.
We strongly recommend that for deliveries to South Africa and Saudi Arabia delivery by DHL courier is selected.
